This list will be updated every day with new sounds released this week till Sunday.
Enam Featuring Sister Debbie and T’neeya – “Talk to your boyfriend”
We love it when women come together to collaborate on projects. We even love it more when the said project is about assuming their positions and reponsibilities in whatever position they find themselves. We’re not victim blaming in this new year, or the years ahead. If your lover is misbehaving, get them back on track. Listen to this track from Enam featuring Sister Bebbie and T’neeya . Women are not fighting over men again, Periodt!
Pambour – “Nations Address”
It’s the state of the Nation Address but accompanied by a beat we can definitely put on replay. Pambour addresses everyone irrespective of class and social status here. He talks about economy, the relationship between professions and other important subject the actual State of the Nation will never address.
B-Clan – “Kill Am Today”
Not everyone is likely to believe in your artistry, but with an immense passion for creation, determination and great ambition you will definitely create your own path. B – Clan members Mikey and RICO feature Ckamz on this new song, “Kill Am Today”, fusing a hip-hop beat with an underlining tone of Afrobeats, combining afro melodies and conventional drums with bass to create this song produced by clan member Mikey. B – C is telling us to get by our dreams by any means and, yes, KILL AM TODAY.
Kida Kudz Featuring Jaykae – “1 am”
AFROSWANK, that is the what he calls his style and we hope it stays because it sounds new and refreshing. Birmingham rapper Jaykae, joins Kida Kudz on ‘1 am’ his first single for the year. This laid-back samples “Ahomka Womu” by Ghanaian hiplife band VIP and offers a melodious reinterpretation that is perfectly in tune with the times.
Gafacci Featuring Guilty Beatz & Jakhal – Ibe Simple
Choosing a favorite song off Gafacci’s new EP is nearly impossible. But we want to share ‘Ibe Simple’ with you. It features Guilty Beats and Jakhal. You’ll definitely move your body to this song without even realizing. DJs will put this on repeat. It’s that simple.
Delis Featuring Kofi – Grace
We like it when people go out of the box, and crossover between the natural and supernatural is something we don’t often hear in our songs. ‘Grace’ is an intimate record which features a conversation with God. Delis and Kofi Taylor put their appreciation on the beat.
TAPES
Erby – Vision (Tape)
Erby has compiled all his covers and one freestyle into one body of work titled Vision. The tape has some songs you’ll love just in a different version, like Bra by King Promise, Bad Commando by Rema amongst others, we hope these songs put a smile on your face like it did to us.
Bebelino – No More Excuses
Having ideas as a creative person is one thing, not being able to bring these ideas into reality is another and then having too many excuses for not being able to make your ideas a reality is also another thing. No More Excuses is a 5-track EP by Bebelino that talks about obstacles faced when it comes to releasing music, in his case. We all face obstacles as human beings, we let people down all the time because we don’t believe so much in ourselves, it happens to everyone but believing in yourself and finding the urge to become better is all that matters. This year “no more excuses” just hard work in everything we want to do.
Copta – Rosso Forever
This 7- track project is a care package from Copta to his lovers and supporters, especially the ones that he is on the music journey with. “It hits close to home and I made all 7 songs on the road.” On Rosso Forever Copta is effectively finding a more self-assured sound and in all the songs you can hear the streets of Accra.
Guest features include EL, Magnom, Kiddblack, $pacely, Kay-T & Kobby Keita.
Production from RGG in-house producers Moor Sound & Foreign Local, German producers JMXJ & Stoneage Clan’s Carl Keegan. All songs were mastered by Magnom.
