With the launch of their operations today, iMullar had a conversation with the co-founders of Dream Represents on the vision and goal of the firm.
Can you give us a brief overview of what Dream Represents is?
Dream Represents is leading a new era of African talent. As a proudly African-owned talent management and consultancy firm based in Ghana, we are dedicated to uplifting creatives across music, art, film, and so much more.
How did the idea to create this company come about?
The idea to create this company just flowed naturally! With the wealth of experience our team brings to the table, it felt like the next step. Tony Tagoe, Co-Founder, has decades of experience in the entertainment industry, making significant contributions to the careers of many artists and helping to elevate their presence & ensuring their brand and artistry reach broader audiences. Our Sister company, Studio Dream, founded by Ebony Tagoe is an internally recognised Creative Production house already working with a number of the talent that we represent. We produced the 2024 Pirelli Calender on behalf of Prince Gyasi so it was a natural progression to also start supporting the talent on a deeper level. We also have incredible talent managers like Delenn Vaughan, who brings a wealth of experience in working alongside artist teams to elevate their campaigns and take them to the next level.
What was it like in the initial stages?

Our current roster includes Multidisciplinary artist, Prince Gyasi, Industrial Designer Nifemi Marcus-Bello, and Grammy-winning producer, Guilty Beatz.

We are always looking to work with the best-in-class talent from every pocket of the creative industry. If there is a strong fit and synergy we are open and willing to explore opportunities.
You’re launching on February 6th. What are your expectations for this launch?
