Every week, the iMullar staff rounds up ten songs we cannot stop listening to, thus forming the weekly list of songs known as “On Rotation.” You heard these recommendations here first. From the UK to Nigeria, each track from this week’s selections is guaranteed to be a vibe.
1. Maleek Berry – Lately (feat. Ruger)
You put two Afrobeats powerhouses on a beat and you’re guaranteed a masterpiece.
2. Ziggy4x – Honne (feat. Maglera Doe Boy & Priddy Ugly) [Remix]
This track is remix of Ziggyx’s “Honne” and provides a glimpse into the slang, culture, and shared experiences of the featured artists’ respective hoods.
3. AYLØ & Tim Lyre – Bang!
The vocals, the flows, the productions is so good, it feels surreal. This is a feel of what psychedelic trip feels like. (The Good Kind).
4. MzVee – Pom (Peace Of Mind)
Almost a year to her previous release, MzVee comes through with this track and reminds us just how talented she is.
5. Sablar & Cina Soul – Wole Mi
No words. Just beautiful music. The vocals are so entrancing, it captures your heart at first listen.
6. Tha Boy Myles – Sofri
All the tracks on the Deluxe album are worth getting into. My current favorite on it is this track.
7. Dj Voyst, Joeboy & Ayanfe – Yoga
This track has been on repeat all weekend and I highly recommend for all your listening playlists.
8. JZyNO & Jaywillz – 360
We’ve got an early contender for a December anthem. The track will have you moving from beginning to end.
9. Reminisce & Badboy Timz – Up as Fxck
Reminisce’s flow is one of a kind and will always evoke an emotion in any listener. Badboy on a track with a seasoned rapper is a guaranteed hit.
10. Zed Ay Kay & Epixode – Social Media
Zed glides on this mid-tempo Highlife beat with solemn lyrics and a smooth flow that’ll keep your head bopping from start to finish. Epixode’s verse is just the cherry on top.
