New Sounds week 3
Fridays are gradually becoming my best day of the week because I get to listen and talk about all the new sounds from new school artists and these artists have blessed us once again with amazing songs.
1. Camidoh – ‘The way’
I don’t think anyone will hear this song and stay calm, certainly not me, i am moving my body as I’m listening to this jam by Camidoh, he calls it THE WAY, in as much as it’s a danceable song there is some sort of message in there for the girls, you know. The Way is out on all music streaming platforms, listen, download and enjoy.
2. Broni – ‘Wedding’
After making waves with his empawa produced song Galala, Broni brings us another heart warming song titled WEDDING. His initial plan was to get married to this girl obviously, but things took a different turn, plans have changed and once again we failed the boys. Watch the video on YouTube.
3. DarkoVibes ft Kidi – ‘Bless me’
Darko Vibes has been blessing us with some highly spiritual hits since he came back to Ghana, first, holy water and now Bless Me which features Kidi. Two extremely different genres and two different voices on this record is one I never expected, but like the title, you know exactly what to expect. It’s time for our blessing and we won’t go until God blesses us too, something urban for a daily devotion I must say. Bless Me is out everywhere with the video, do well to listen, download and put someone on this amazing song.
4. Kwaku Bs – ‘KIMBO’
Putting an artist in a particular genre is something I’ll never do again after listening to Kimbo by Kwaku Bs, one minute he’s a sweet baby boy with the love vibes, next minute he’s going hard on us and that’s versatility in my opinion. Being an artist is about expressing yourself in diverse ways not locking yourself in one area making it hard for you to explore your musical abilities.
