Multifaceted media personality, creative host, and concept curator Nanz Scripts is stepping into this space with the launch of a dynamic new web series, “Joyride with Nanz”. Produced under her creative media platform, Northside Hub, the show is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, August 9th at 6 pm, delivering a four-part debut season that promises a refreshing, high-energy spin on the classic carpool interview format.
Rather than relying on the usual high-pressure musical performances, “Joyride with Nanz” strips away the performative edge to make room for something far more organic. Each episode follows Nanz as she navigates the vibrant streets of Accra alongside a featured guest who takes complete control of the aux cord for the duration of the trip. Opening her passenger seat to talent across various creative disciplines rather than strictly recording artists, Nanz uses each guest’s personal playlist as the primary entry point into an unscripted, fluid conversation.
The core appeal of the series lies in its reliance on the journey itself over a rigid editorial framework, tapping deeply into the unique connection between sound and personal history.
