On Rotation: Songs You Need In Your Life This Week

Every week, the iMullar staff rounds up ten songs we cannot stop listening to, thus forming the weekly list of songs known as “On Rotation.” You heard these recommendations here first. From the UK to Nigeria, each track from this week’s selections is guaranteed to be a vibe.

1. RMHA, Afua – Easy

A great dance track for all SoundSystem and partygoers. Afua’s vocals sync perfectly with RMHA’s production, creating a a great sound for all to enjoy.

2. Bayanni – Casanova

A song for all the young men out there to up their rizz games. Bayanni serenades his love interest and assures her that he’s a real lover and not a player (Casanova)

3. Ugoccie – Maranma

Ugoccie released a solid body of work recently and one of the songs that resonated with me is “Maranma”. The title which is Igbo, one of the native languages in Nigeria, means “Attractive”.

4. Miraa May – Splash

The deluxe edition of Miraa May’s “Tales Of A Miracle” was released a year after the original and on it, was this single “Splash”. Miraa May flows on this trap beat, letting her lover know that she’s the best they’ll ever have and they’d be a fool to fumble her.

5. Funbi – Set Me Free

One of the most beautiful love anthems I’ve heard all year. With sultry vocals on a scintillating beat, Funbi assures his lover that in whatever or wherever he finds himself, all he’ll ever need is their love.

6. Lirase – Polarize

Lirase is an artist whose music grows on you and gets stuck in your head for a long time. Lirase’s flow, adlibs, and melodies on this track are unique and make you want to listen to what else he has in his catalog.

7. Pheelz – Go Low

Pheelz is known for producing infectious rhythms and melodies. A master at creating dance music, this song is no exception from his previous works.

8. Kobi Jonz – Tena

This track is vibrant yet so mellow. His vocals on this beat give an instrumental-assisted ASMR experience to the listener.

9. Le Ru – Princess Darling

It’s almost summertime and Le Ru comes through with a lover girl’s anthem just in time for festival season.

10. Daboy Kenzi – Your Body

Daboy Kenzi serenades his lover, singing their praises while letting the whole world know how much of a looker his lover is.
