The art of yearning is a lost art. Very few artist can get put you in that zone and Seinabo is one of them. This record will have you wanting to just be close to your partner and loving on them a much as you can.
5. La Mano 1.9 -Sexy Woman
This record has heavy DMX energy. The track that will have you stepping while simultaneously appreciating all the women in your life.
6. Blocka Beats – ONGEZA
The haunting production in the beginning will have you utterly speechless when the drill beat sets in. A great track for the HipHp/Drill heads to get into.
7. Protoje, Zion I Kings – Weed & Tings
This record had me dancing in my room from start to finish. Reggae is still alive and it’s beautiful to experience his evolution with this generation of artists.
8. Joé Dwèt Filé – 4 Kampé
One of the smoothest records I’ve heard in a long time. The guitar riff at the end of the song was a much needed touch to an already beautiful record.
9. AMARIA BB – Preference
If you’re looking for a record that echoes what you want in a romantic partner, we’ve a track for you. AMARIA BB gives us a sensual breakdown of her ideal lover.
10. Youssoupha – DIEU EST GRANDE
“God Is Great”, a direct translation of the title of this record. With the haunting melodies and harmonies from the background singers and Youssoupha’s solemn voice, one can’t help it but to appreciate the record from start to finish.
