Emerging Afrobeats star Terri has released his new EP ‘In Transit’, and we are beyond excited to review three of our top songs from the project. The GRAMMY Award-nominated Nigerian musician recently unveiled his new music video ‘Danger’ which means you are in for a treat.
Without a doubt, Terri is an artist that you need to keep your eyes on. The Nigerian artist made waves in the Afrobeats scene when he was only a teenager. Resulting in Terri becoming the first artist to be signed by Wizkid to his Starboy Records imprint. In addition to this, he collaborated with Wizkid on the gold-selling hit single ‘Soco’, which took the industry by storm.

Danger
The beat on this track is crazy! ‘Danger’ is a solid opening to the artist’s new EP and is a strong representation of his talent. The artist shared that he recorded this track in his session with amazing producer Krizbeats. The beat certainly gives me strong nostalgic vibes, reminding me of love songs from the early 2000s. This song is special and deserves a spot on your favourites playlist.

Wanna Know
This song is a vibe! This one caught me off guard. Three songs in, and I promise the producers on this EP came to play no games. ‘Wanna Know’ is a love song bound to get you whining your waist. TERRI’s smooth vocals made this song for me. This summer, be prepared to hear this song in the clubs.
No Lie
I am a sucker for a slow song, especially an Afrobeats slow jam. It must be because I am a 90’s kid, but this song gives me solid nostalgic vibes! We all know that these types of songs hit as it takes us to a place we were not expecting to go. Nothing beats feeling at home when you hear a song.
