Brymo is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and composer. His music is a unique blend of fuji, R&B, pop, and rock. Over 13 years, Brymo has produced eight projects and seven studio albums. Within his projects, Byrmo touches on topics such as social injustice, survival, religion, love, and pain. With such familiar topics, Byrmo paints vivid pictures of stories that can resonate with all.

Although considered an alternative musician, Brymo is renowned for his songwriting, versatility, and ability to tell the stories of his people. Brymo music is unapologetic, poetic and rare.

Released in 2013, Down is a song that captures the idea of societal rupture. Byrmo takes his time to paint a picture of the chaos embedded within society. Down was Byrmo’s first release as an independent artiste.
