The Somalian singer, whose song went viral on Tiktok & had big names like Bella hadid & Cardi B posting it has been the talk of the internet for weeks now. Originally intended as a wedding song, it broke into all socials and racked up streaming numbers.

3. Kkeda – Hopeless Place

A star on the rise and smoothest vocalist, Kkeda is known for her love for crooning and relatable lyrics with regards to real life scenarios. The singer exhibits her prowess in her new single “hopeless place” which tackles the dark places love leaves you at. Where’s the darkest place you found love?

4. Ladipoe & Fireboy DML – Running

After running most of 2021 with his no.1 hit “Feeling”, the Mavin Records signee is back with another single off his upcoming EP. “Running” which features Fireboy DML displays the duo’s vocal talents orchestrating a dope jam best played on rotation.

5. Kwesi Arthur & Medikal – Different

Undoubtedly two of Accra’s most impactful rappers, the duo link up to again to remind rap fans why they both won ROTY respectively! “Different” sees both rappers sharpen their ink game with unlimited flows.

6. Buju – Never Stopped

Buju to your ears! What a year for the young star. From delivering a “Buju stimulus package” all year till finally dropping his newest tape. The kid hasn’t missed once. “Never Stopped” summarizes his come up, what he’s done so far, and what he is going to do as an artiste.

7. Gina Jeanz featuring MOONGA K- Dopamine

South African house music hasn’t been tainted since its mainstream debut, it’s just getting better with time. “Dopamine” is Gina’s lead single and it features Moonga, who lays his vocals on the funky track. A song that achieves it’s purpose: to uplift the listeners.

8. T’neeya – La La

Ghana based Cameroonian singer and songwriter ,T’neeya released a 3 pack single named “In her feelings”, a project that dives into her emotional makeup. “La La” appreciates her lover’s effort to make her happy, with glittering vocals over a modern neo soul production. Definitely one to put on repeat and fall in love with.

9. Amerado & Black Sherrif – Abotr3

Off his Patience EP, Amerado links up with Ghana’s hottest rapper Black Sherrif, who delivers a street-wise hook, assisting Amerado’s track with that Blacko flourish.

10. Baaba J – Lubumba

The Ghanaian singer is new on the bloc and Lubumba is a perfect introduction into what Baaba J is about. Relentless creativity, musically gifted with the velvety vocals to match. She can only go up from here.
