Multiple award-winning global star and Queen of Afrobeats, Tiwa Savage returns to her roots with a headline show at the OVO Arena Wembley on November 26th, with tickets on general sale at 10am last Friday, July 7th. She will become the first female Afrobeats star to headline Wembley with her show, returning to her Wembley birthplace.
Tiwa became the first Nigerian Afrobeats artiste to appear at a royal show after performing at the King’s Coronation earlier this year. She was on Good Morning Britain to talk about her new single “Pick Up”, as well as the Wembley show and working with everyone from George Michael to Sam Smith and Beyonce.
Her flawless performance was viewed by over 18 million viewers across the globe. She also met the Queen Consort at Buckingham Palace, as her philanthropy focuses on youth engagement organizations and breast cancer screening programs in Nigeria. Finally, Tiwa has announced a 10-city headline North America tour which officially kicks off on 24th August in Washington, DC. A decade on from her debut album, Tiwa Savage returns to Wembley with what’s set to be one of the best shows this year.
