Award-winning Afro-fusion artist Kirani Ayat teams up with Ghanaian rap star Kweku Smoke to deliver “Muntashi”, a unique iteration of the world-famous Asakaa sound. The dark and fearsome yet melodic nature of the song is one to get any heartbeat pumping either in a workout or in a mosh pit.
Production is handled by Ghanaian UK-based producer SlickzMadeThat who infused his African roots with UK drill to create an enchanting soundscape. “Muntashi”, which means ”We are up” in the Hausa Language is exactly that.
