2023 has been a good run for Gyakie so far. After taking home the award for “Record Of The Year” with “Far Away”, her latest drill-Inspired single, “Scar” debuted at number 1 on the charts, with the video racking over a million views on Youtube alone.
Fresh off electric performances at Afronation Portugal 23’ and City Splash Music Fest in Brixton, she’s been teasing what seems to be her debut album on her socials, previewing a record on her Instagram with its lyrics, and hinting the album’s timeframe release with the caption “The Album will be crazy” with sunny pictures from Afronation.
Fans can only wait on what is next from the songbird while spinning her latest single.
