Blast From The Past
In recent times, the world has been shaken to the core by the virus known as COVID–19. COVID-19 better known as Coronavirus is an illness caused by a virus that can spread from person to person. With the spread of this illness, the world has been forced to implement several precautions to limit the spread of the illness as well as maintain the safety of the masses. In these times, we have all been subjected to a new way of life known as social distancing. With this new way of life comes changes; so let’s be honest not everyone deals well with changes.
This week on Blast from the Past, we hope to provide a selection of songs that will inspire, uplift, and elevate your mood during these hectic times. Songs that will touch your heart, make you smile and keep you going until the end of this pandemic.

Take care of your body and try your hand at practising mindfulness.
